The British Society for Paediatric Dermatology (BSPD) is an affiliated group of the British Association of Dermatologists and is the only organisation in the UK and Ireland specifically dedicated to Paediatric Dermatology.
The Society exists to further understanding of skin disease in children and to enhance their care by encouraging education and research in all aspects of paediatric dermatology. As a part of this role, the BSPD holds meetings three times a year at the annual conferences of the British Association of Dermatologists and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and has its own Annual Scientific Meeting.
The BSPD membership includes consultant and trainee dermatologists and paediatricians, geneticists and members of other medical specialties involved in the care of children with skin disease.
BSPD Fellowships
Every year the BSPD awards a travel or study fellowship to encourage training or research in paediatric dermatology. Completed forms should be forwarded to the Honorary Secretary. Closing date is 25th May 2012. Please use this form.
